OUR STUDIO
Balanced BodyWorks is located at 1855 SE Federal Highway in Stuart, Florida.
In 2010, we expanded our facility to accommodate our new children and adult programs.
The expansion of the new studio will:
Give teachers and students the opportunity to express themselves
Help you find the many aspects of thyself
Compliment the Pilates philosophy that movement heals through other movement realms than just apparatus
Provide fun and fill your body-mind-soul connection
The construction of the new studio includes a floating dance floor which helps to prevent injuries. The dance floor was constructed by Manolo Soler, who is also an instructor at Balanced BodyWorks.
Dimming lights are used for yoga and relaxation.
The new studio features double ballet barres, which will assist children and adults in basic technique before moving to the center of the room.
As always, clients can also enjoy our Pilates studio, which is equipped with:
Seven Allegro with tower combination
Two reformers
Two Cadillacs
Eight chairs
Small props including rings, cylinders, and bosu balls
