ARABESQUE (Ballet Barre and Pilates Workout)
This new, exciting class will consist of pilates mat. The exercises work the Powerhouse Core, including the abs, and lay the groundwork for all pilates technique.
Ballet dance exercises will be based on classical ballet technique, which will improve your body alignment and posture, develop strong muscle tone, and increase your range of motion and flexibility.
If you ever wanted to look, feel, and move like a dancer, this class is for you. Dance experience is NOT required.
