Balanced BodyWorks was launched in 2000 by Cecilia Serra, a lifelong dancer and dance instructor who founded Florida Arts & Dance Company. Anna Snyder--Cecilia's daughter, a seasoned dance and Pilates instructor, and an acclaimed choreographer--is the studio's co-owner.
