Deep Tissue Massage
This therapeutic technique focuses on relieving tension and pain in the deeper layers of the muscle and connective tissue. People with muscle tension, strains, and sports injuries would benefit from this modality.
Cupping
A modality used on its own or in combination with deep tissue massage. Cupping involves applying different size suction cups to the skin to improve blood flow, relieve pain, and treat musculoskeletal injuries.

Graston/Fascia Blading
A modality also used on its own or in combination with deep tissue massage. Using a surgical stainless-steel instrument to “scrape” the skin, this technique helps to mobilize stuck scar tissue, increasing blood flow, reducing pain, and improving flexibility in the tissue and joint alike.
Kinesio Taping
A technique involving the application of flexible, elastic adhesive tape to the skin, used as either a standalone treatment or post treatment. It provides support and stability to the muscles and joints, improves mobility, relieves pain, and improves the healing process in soft tissues.

ART – Active Release Technique
This soft tissue therapy is a hands-on technique that focuses on relieving tension by removing fibrosis and adhesions caused by repetitive use.
AIS Active Isolated Stretch
Method of muscle lengthening and fascial release to improve flexibility, reduce pain, and increase range of motion.

Buccal/ Intraoral Massage
This technique focuses on the muscles of the face and jaw. By addressing deeper muscle layers and ligaments, buccal massage helps release facial tension, improve muscle tone, and support a more lifted, relaxed appearance. It also stimulates lymphatic flow, which can reduce puffiness, dark circles, and sagging, while encouraging healthy circulation for a brighter complexion.
Intraoral massage targets hard-to-reach muscles inside the mouth, offering relief for TMJ discomfort, jaw tension, and stress-related headaches. This focused work helps improve mobility in the jaw and facial structure, supporting long-term muscle function and overall comfort.
